a. Wallet Information

When you connect a blockchain wallet, we collect your public wallet address and related blockchain activity. We do not have access to or store your private keys.

b. Account & Profile Data

If you create a platform profile, we may collect a username, email (optional), and other self-provided metadata.

c. AI Interaction Data

We collect prompts, generated outputs, and metadata (session time, AI character ID, and interactions). This data improves AI model performance and safety.

d. Analytics & Device Data

We may use cookies and analytics tools to measure engagement, troubleshoot errors, and improve user experience (e.g., browser type, IP address, timestamps).

e. Transaction Data

We record smart-contract interactions (mints, sales, or token claims). Blockchain data is stored publicly on the relevant network.

We use collected data to:

• Operate and improve the platform and its AI models
• Enable transactions, rewards, and digital ownership verification
• Prevent abuse, spam, and fraud
• Provide customer and technical support
• Comply with applicable regulations

Transactions and wallet addresses are stored permanently and publicly on the blockchain. Once confirmed, they cannot be altered or deleted. We do not control third-party blockchain networks, validators, or explorers that display on-chain data.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers (e.g., analytics, storage, or AI model hosting partners)
• Legal authorities, when required to comply with laws or enforce rights
• Community tools (e.g., Discord bots or APIs) if you opt in

We use encryption, authentication, and access controls for off-chain systems. However, no storage or transmission system is fully secure. Blockchain transactions are outside our control and may be visible to third parties.

On-chain data (wallet address, transactions, token ownership) cannot be deleted or modified once recorded. You can disconnect your wallet or contact privacy@treasure.lol to request data removal from our off-chain systems.

We currently do not collect any cookies or otherwise use any tracking technologies on our Site, however, third-party sites that may be linked through our Site may use cookies or other tracking technologies. If we decide to use cookies or other tracking technologies other than necessary or essential cookies, we will inform you by updating this Privacy Policy.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy as laws or platform features evolve. Updates take effect upon posting.
